Meet Grass Rivers at Gibson Farms

Local coastal beef, raised with care.

At Grass Rivers we raise 100% grass-fed beef on the river in Siletz, Oregon, with a focus on thoughtful animal care, healthy pasture, and providing high-quality local food for our community. We believe knowing where your food comes from matters. Our cattle are raised on pasture here on the Oregon Coast, and we work to keep the process simple, transparent, and connected to the people we feed.

Know Your Farmer.

Know Your Food.

Grass Rivers is rooted in the lush coastal landscape of Siletz, where our cattle have access to the pasture and forage that allow them to grow naturally.

For us, raising beef is about more than producing a great product. It’s about caring for the animals, caring for the land, and helping make locally raised food easier for our neighbors to access.

We’re proud to offer beef directly from our farm, whether you’re picking up a few favorite cuts or stocking your freezer with a quarter, half, or whole beef share.
